Nurses at Life Kingsbury Hospital were celebrated on International Nurses’ Day, marked annually on May 12, with the hospital recognising them for their dedication, their commitment, and their care in making life better for patients.
International Nurses’ Day commemorates the vital role of nurses and observes the birthday of Florence Nightingale, the pioneer of modern nursing.
“International Nurses’ Day holds a cherished place on our hospital’s calendar, a time when we come together to pay tribute to the remarkable dedication of our nurses. They are the heart and soul of our patient care, delicately delivering expertise with compassion, ultimately offering our patients healing that transcends medicine,” says hospital manager, Christine Malan.
