Meditation campaign

Staff Reporter|Published 11 months ago

The Art of Living Foundation has launched its iMeditate Africa campaign, which aims to promote peace in Africa through the use of meditation, mindfulness and quiet time as part of peace-building for the continent. The campaign has brought meditation into the lives of millions of people across the globe since it was launched by the International Association for Human Values (IAHV), a partner organisation of the Art of Living Foundation. The mission for 2024 is to reach five million people across 54 African and 151 international countries meditating at the same time on Friday May 24 with Art of Living Foundation founder, Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.
