Meeka Fields was awarded the Dux Medal for the Top Academic Student at Bergvliet High School in the Grade 12 class of 2024.
She is described by her teachers as a remarkable student who has consistently demonstrated excellence in both academic and personal spheres during her time at Bergvliet High School.
Meeka’s proudest achievements included being elected to the prefect body and scoring an impressive 99% on her Business Studies Paper 1 in the June 2024 examination; and 100% for Business Studies, in the final NSC exams, a first for Bergvliet High School.
