It has come to the attention of the conveners of the Tokai Cecilia Management Framework review that an earlier media release (“Tokai Cecilia Management review launched,” Bulletin May 27) made reference to the email address as TCMF@sanparks.org.za. Anyone using this address is going to receive a delivery failure notification.
We would like to inform all stakeholders and the media that written submissions must be sent to TCMF@sanparks.org as indicated during both stakeholder and public engagement meetings as well as previous email correspondences.
In order not to prejudice the process or anyone, all stakeholders are advised that the submission of written comments is extended to Friday July 9 to provide for those stakeholders who may have relied on the media release to submit their written submissions. The consolidated comments report will be circulated to all stakeholders on Friday July 16.
