Please may I commend the diligent post office workers who ensured that a package containing paper was delivered to my residence today (Thursday November 18).
The package was posted from Osaka in Japan on Sunday October 31, and I was notified of its arrival at the Epping depot yesterday and promised delivery today.
This positive and efficient service is deeply appreciated, and I hope you will have space to include my thanks to those responsible.
