Your article “Civics slam tariff hikes in City’s draft budget” (Constantiaberg Bulletin, 17 April) is an indictment on lethargic voters who blindly vote the DA back into power - ad nauseum - every five years.
After so many complaints for almost two decades, surely the time has come to give another political party the chance to make a positive difference in Cape Town?
So, please use your vote wisely and vote for change in the 2026 local government municipal elections.
