The Constantiaberg Bulletin (formerly the Bergvliet Bulletin) was established in 1955 and re named Constantiaberg Bulletin in 1979. This long established popular community title includes the key shopping centres Constantia Village and Blue Route Mall within its distribution area.

Spartans, VOB take to the streets in Slave Route Challenge

Runners from Spartan Harriers and VOB athletic clubs were among the more than 7 500 runners and walkers who took part in Sunday’s Slave Route Challenge in the CBD.

Gugulethu Athletic Club’s Mthandazo Qhina won the men’s 21km race and Nedbank runner, Mandlekosi Tuna, crossed the finish line first in the 10km run. In the women’s race, Zintle Xiniwe, running in Nedbank colours, won the 21km race and Bellville Athletic Club’s Alice Venter the 10km race.
