Zwaanswyk Academy hosts inaugural schools' darts championships.

Zwaanswyk Academy in Retreat hosted the International Darts Schools League (IDSL) international qualifying tournament over the weekend. Players from schools across the city took part in Saturday’s qualifiers. Kraaifontein’s Caleb Cockrill, 18, a Grade 11 pupil at Scottsville High School, walked away winner and will join the winner of the Eastern Cape leg of the competition at the IDSL finals in England later this year. Mitchell’s Plain’s Hayden Moodley, 16, a Grade 10 pupil at Mondale High, finished runner-up.
